We provide hot and cold drinks and biscuits and work closely with various high quality, recommended external caterers so your lunch requirements are more than covered. You can just tell us what you want, how many of you there are and if there are any special dietary requirements and we'll find something to suit your taste buds and your budget. Alternatively, if you have your own preferred choice of caterers then we're happy for you to arrange what you need directly with them.
The McDonald Rooms is located at Hanover's modern head offices, meaning you can make use of the full range of office services like photocopying, faxing and colour printing - all at very competitive rates.
As standard, the McDonald Rooms features high quality, giant wall-mounted screens and ceiling projectors with VGA and HDMI inputs, allowing straightforward connections to most devices. We also offer a visualiser, which connects to the projectors to allow small text or imagery to be easily displayed on giant screens - perfect for training courses. You are welcome to use your own devices to connect to our systems or we can provide fully-equipped laptop computers which feature up to date versions of Microsoft Office and full internet capability, as well as wireless laser pointers and presentation clickers.
The McDonald Rooms Conference Centre features free wi-fi for you and your delegates - just let us know in advance how many wi-fi connections you require and leave the rest to us.
