"We get on well with Hanover's staff - they are very helpful and supportive. We have recommended people move into a Hanover development before."

Introduction
Hanover is Scotland’s largest not-for-profit provider of management services to retired owner-occupiers. We currently manage 28 owner-occupied developments and three shared equity developments, together comprising over 1,000 individual dwellings.
You can watch a film about our owner-occupier service here.
We take pride in our record of fostering long-term relationships with owners and equity shareholders to whom we provide a service. Hanover has been providing services to owner-occupiers for over 20 years.
Hanover welcomes enquiries from owners at sheltered and retirement developments not currently managed by us, who may wish to consider changing their managing agent. We would be pleased to discuss their service expectations and what Hanover can offer them. Just fill in the details in the form below and a senior staff member will be in touch.
Comprehensive details of our service are set out in our Owners’ Handbook.

We work to the Scottish Government's Code of Practice for Private Retirement Housing. This supersedes the 'Framework Code' referred to in the Owners' Handbook.

A survey conducted in August 2009 reported generally very high levels of satisfaction amongst owner occupiers and equity shareholders with the Hanover service.
Hanover does not market properties for sale on behalf of owners. Properties for sale may be located through property centres and estate agencies, as with other owner-occupied accommodation.
