Telecare and Out of Hours services 


Hanover's round-the-clock, state-of-the-art call centre provides telecare and out of hours services to more than to more than 40,000 connections throughout Scotland.


As well as providing community alarms and telecare to individuals, local authorities, housing associations and most of Hanover's housing developments, we also provide successful and robust out of hours services and lone-worker monitoring to other organisations.


We were the first communities alarm service in Scotland to receive the Telecare Services Association's 'Seal of Approval' for good practice and our flexibility means we can constantly explore providing new types of services.
