Our out-of-hours call centre offers a range of facilities to help your business to function effectively 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. 



Repairs reporting


Repairs reporting lets your clients report any maintenance issues outside normal working hours through telephone, text message or email. Our highly trained and experienced operators log calls and start the repair call-out process, in line with your directed procedures.

We provide a single point of contact for all your clients and you can choose to use your own approved contractors, utilise our approved contractors or make use of a mixture of both options - whatever suits you best.


Business continuity


Our business continuity package provides a state-of-the-art helpdesk that allows you to continue to operate your business if an emergency or unexpected disruption occurs.

The service can be tailored to suit your own circumstances with flexible options such as:


  • coordinating staff cover;


  • database back-up;


  • disaster recovery;


  • call diversion; and


  • cover for other telecare and out of hours services.
