We provide a single point of contact for all maintenance issues that happen outside normal working hours. Defects and maintenance issues can be reported by phone, text or email. Our experienced operators will log calls and start the repair process, in line with procedures agreed in advance with you.
Our customers also enjoy the choice of using their own approved contractors, utilising our approved contractors (where this service is available) or the flexibility to use both, as and when their own contractors are unavailable to attend repairs.
