Two call centres - one seamless service
We run two state of the art call centres in different geographical locations with highly trained, sympathtic and knowledgedable staff in each. This makes our service far more robust than single call centre organisations, and allows us to provide in-house back-up and business continuity in any event. It means our customers benefit from a consistent and continuous level of service, and even allows us to provide our services as a back up for other telecare providers.

We offer a wide range of enhanced reporting options so you can clearly analyse your customers' trends and make future provisions based on these. Our electronic reporting system allows you to monitor all aspects of your service in real time.
