Hanover Telecare offers businesses an affordable way of operating their services. We know how important it is for businesses to ensure that their services are robust and can support their clients even following an emergency.
We provide telecare, telehealth and lone worker monitoring, out of hours repair reporting and training in all aspects of these business needs. We also offer disaster recovery and database back up services. This enables you to access key staff in the event of an emergency, allows field workers to remotely access data, balance call traffic and provide extra support and peak call traffice times.
Hanover Telecare was the first provider in Scotland to be accredited by the Telecare Services Association (TSA) and has recently been accredited to the more stringent 2009 code.
We are also about to become the first telecare provider in Scotland to operate from two centres - one in Edinburgh and the other in Glasgow.
