Welcome to Hanover Telecare | 06 July 2008 |

Hanover Telecare is Hanover (Scotland)'s round-the-clock emergency call and response service, with more than 25,000 connections from all over Scotland.
Operating since 1987, Hanover Telecare’s team of trained operators are on hand all day every day to provide assistance to a wide range of users, with an even wider range of needs.
The services that Hanover Telecare offer extend to:
- housing association tenants and homeowners;
- residents in local authority properties;
- people in their own homes; and
- lone support workers.
Hanover Telecare provides community alarm facilities to most of Hanover (Scotland) Housing Association's developments - and you can watch a film about the service we provide here.
Hanover Telecare is the first Communities Alarm Service in Scotland to receive the Telecare Services Association's ‘Seal of Approval’ for good practice and our adaptability means we can constantly look at new types of service.
Hanover Telecare’s core services include:
- round-the-clock monitoring of developments for safety and security;
- monitoring of fire and smoke alarms;
- managing door-entry systems; and
- answering alarms in communal parts of developments including lounges, launderettes and lifts.
