Telecare demonstrates our position at the forefront of smart and assistive technologies.  Telecare offers all of the benefits of Lifeline with many addded optional features.  

Telecare's services are provided to individuals as well as organisations, and nearly 2000 households are currently connected. It can be tailored to suit each user’s needs.

Bogus caller button: Fitted near a door, this discreet button can be used to call for assistance when a stranger requests entry.

Smoke detector: Potentially a life-saving device, the radio smoke detector provides protection by raising an alarm call to the Telecare Centre - even if you're not at home or aware of the smoke.

 

Picture of pressure mat, that can be placed on a bed or a chair to monitor movementBed/chair occupancy sensor: If you leave your chair or bed and do not return within a set time, this may mean that you need assistance and a call will be raised.

Flood detector: This unobtrusive radio sensor provides an early warning by alerting Hanover Telecare of potential flood situations.

If you live in a Hanover property and you have a maintenance emergency, please pull your alarm cord or call the Repairs Reporting line on 0800 783 3615.


If you have any other type of emergency please use your alarm in the first instance. If this is not possible then please contact the Hanover Telecare emergency number on 0845 604 4686.
