Lone Worker Monitoring Service | 06 September 2010 |
"I've been with your organisation for five years and have never had any problems with the service."

Stay safe:Anyone can be at risk... anywhere, any time. Workers, volunteers, people on home visits, people working on their own, in an office or with potentially dangerous machinery.
Stay happy:Let Hanover Telecare look after you and your colleagues 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
How does it work? Many lone workers use Hanover Telecare's lone worker monitoring service when visiting potentially problematic households and travelling long distances.
If the worker hasn’t left a household by a pre-agreed time, an automatic alarm alerts Hanover Telecare who in turn let the relevant emergency service know. The support worker can also make emergency calls to Hanover Telecare at any time.
The service can be extended to cover workers who are travelling long distances. The worker calls in with expected times of arrival at certain places and Hanover Telecare monitor their progress.
