Residents of housing associations that are connected to Hanover Telecare can call at any time to report emergency repairs that need to be made out of hours. Hanover Telecare will then arrange for contractors to come out and carry out the necessary work.

If you live in a Hanover property and you have a maintenance emergency, please pull your alarm cord or call the Repairs Reporting line on 0800 783 3615.
If you have any other type of emergency please use your alarm in the first instance. If this is not possible then please contact the Hanover Telecare emergency number on 0845 604 4686.
